Return or Exchange

All orders are thoroughly inspected and properly packaged for delivery before we hand them over to our delivery partner. 

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, and in the same condition and original packaging the item was received. The damaged item must also be returned via registered post/ trackable shipping method within 14 days of receipt.
